Answer: All Donations are tax-deductible, as Patient Family Connections have gained Federal 501(c)3 status as of October 20, 2020

• Is there any way for me to know what happened to our donation?

Answer: When you choose to donate or open a reoccurring donation, all of the donations are allocated to a pool of donations, in which we divide up the funds to purchase and donate the required electronics for each hospital system we work with. After we donate to a hospital, we will update our blog on our website so you can see you donations being translated into the happiness of patients

Answer: Donations in the "Electronic Donations" category help us to purchase the electronics which are used for patients to connect with their families.

Answer: Donations in the "General Donations" category help us spread our message across the nation and other functions besides the purchasing and distribution of electronics.
